I offer clinically informed Relationship Counseling to help individuals and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, mental illness, trauma, marriage stress, or simply being overwhelmed by life or relationship.

A key ingredient of my (couples) coaching style is that YOU are the focus of our time together. It's YOUR life after all and YOU are the one that will be making any changes in YOUR life and relationship.

Our sessions together are open, safe and confidential. At the end of the day, your honesty with yourself is a vital part of your growth, and I will do all I can to facilitate that in our time together.

I am an accomplished, skilled and committed (relationship) counsellor who has extensive experience in working with couples and individuals. I support people with relationships, separation, family, parenting, stress, anxiety and personal development.

I work with couples using a combination of mindfulness ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory and Gottman Couples Therapy.

My aim is to combine the best of research-based methods with a compassionate and non-judgemental, whole-person, attitude.

I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Relaxation Training, Mindfulness Training, Exposure Therapy and Trauma Focussed Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
