Life and relationships can bring its share of challenges, whether they feel overwhelming or are simply moments when you need someone to talk with. I am able to provide a safe, supportive space where we can work together to navigate what’s on your mind.

My experience includes working with people from their teens, through to later life stages, supporting with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, bullying, and identity work.

I only work with individuals currently!

I’ve been helping people and couples create positive results in their lives and relationships, including lifting depression, easing anxiety, resolving trauma and relationship problems, since 2009.

Using a blend of (relationship) counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT I will provide you with the therapeutic tools, support, and guidance to help you make positive life changes.
