I’m Jana, and I’d like to share a bit about myself. I was born and raised in Estonia and have also lived in Sweden before making New Zealand my home.

I offer in person counselling for individuals and couples in my Whangarei central office, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian.

My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

I believe that the relationship with oneself is at the core of all human experiences. I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey toward understanding and growth. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
