My name is Rowan and I am a trained and registered counsellor. I have been qualified for 8 years. I work with children, adolescents, couples and families.

My areas of interest and experience are working with trans and gender diverse people, neurodiversity, diverse sexuality and relationships, cross-culture relationships and blended families.

I have long history of education and lived experience in holistic health and am yoga teacher for over 10 years, a Kai-mirimiri for over 20 years (intuitive healing massage) and am trained in exercise science.

I am passionate about longterm therapy and bringing the body and felt sense into the counselling room using focusing and internal family systems approaches. I am passionate about family therapy and understanding the affects of systematic oppression on the individual.
