I work with individuals, couples, children and young people. I can offer you a safe and confidential space whilst you explore solutions that are right for you in your particular situation.

Clients come to see me with various difficulties in their lives and relationship like adultery, attachment issues, communication problems, intimacy issues, relationship anxiety.

I work within a Person-Centred framework, which means that I put you at the centre of the therapy, and  work with you in a way where I can support you (both) through the counselling process. I won't analyse you, tell you what to do or make decisions for you. I use a wide range of counselling theories and techniques to suit your needs.

Welcome, asking for help or seeking a counsellor can be very daunting. You may have questions about the process, how therapy works or help you. You have made the first move by realising you may need counselling, remember that you don't have to do it on your own.
